Real spring water — not city water run through a filter
Most delivered water in Alberta is municipal tap water that has been reverse-osmosis filtered, then had minerals added back to taste "alkaline". Ours comes out of the ground that way, in the Foothills, and goes straight into the bottle.
Fewer than 5 jugs? Combine with a neighbour or office and split the delivery — or pick up at the plant in Claresholm.

Where do you deliver?
Our route currently covers Claresholm, Stavely, Granum, Nanton, Fort Macleod, Vulcan, High River, Okotoks, Calgary, Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Pincher Creek. Enter your postal code above to see your delivery day. Outside the route? Tell us — we add stops when there's enough demand on a line.
Why a 5-jug minimum?
A delivery stop costs about the same whether we drop 1 jug or 10. Five jugs lets us include delivery in the price instead of adding a fee. Smaller households often go every 4 weeks, or share a delivery with a neighbour.
How does the bottle deposit work?
We charge a $10 refundable deposit per jug on your first delivery only. After that we swap full for empty, so you never pay deposit again. Return all your jugs when you stop service and we refund the full deposit.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Reply to your reminder email or text, or call us, before 5 pm the day before your route day. Pause for holidays as long as you like — there are no fees and no contracts.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave empties at the door, in a garage, or at a designated spot and we leave the full jugs in the same place. Use the delivery instructions box to tell us where.
What about the cooler?
Our jugs are standard top-load 18.9 L bottles and fit any standard cooler or ceramic crock. If you'd rather not buy one, rent a hot & cold cooler for $12/month — we sanitize it on a schedule and replace it if anything goes wrong.
Is the water really alkaline?
Yes — naturally. Our spring surfaces at about pH 8 because of the mineral geology it passes through. We don't add anything to raise the pH. Read more about our water.
